Terms of Service

Welcome to MatchPoint. By creating an account or competing on the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to compete for money on MatchPoint. We may ask you to confirm your age and country of residence before you deposit, stake or cash out, and we refuse paid play from regions where it is not permitted.

2. Fair Play

Cheating, smurfing, account sharing and result manipulation are prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent ban.

3. Payouts

Winnings are credited to your wallet once both players confirm the result, or after moderator review for disputed matches.

4. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by our trained moderation team based on submitted evidence. Decisions are final but may be appealed once per match.

5. Keep payments on MatchPoint

Every match is funded from your MatchPoint wallet, and both stakes are held in escrow until the result is confirmed. That is what stops either player taking the money and walking away.

Do not agree to pay, or to be paid, outside MatchPoint. If you settle a match by Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, gift card or cryptocurrency:

• your money is not held in escrow and we cannot recover it;
• you cannot open a dispute, and our moderators cannot help you;
• both accounts may be suspended.

Never send money directly to another player, and report anyone who asks you to. Arranging payment off the platform breaches these Terms for both players, whoever suggested it.
